The ZXLITE™ dispensing system offers efficiency, reproducibility and affordability to the lateral flow manufacturer. This semi-manual system offers test/control line printing with the FrontLine dispensing technology as well as conjugate and blocking dispensing with the μAirJet aerosol dispensing technology. Laminated cards and membranes as well as unlaminated materials are held in place on the vacuum/magnetic nest.
ZX LITE combines precise motion, ease of use and BioDot’s precision dispensing technologies in a low cost system. Designed for R&D and moderate volume production, the ZX Lite has a dispense area of 495 x 85 mm and up to 4 dispensing channels. The system supports the FrontLine contact printing technology for dispensing lines on membranes and the uAirjet aerosol technology for lines and coating applications.
This system prints along the X-Axis with manual adjustment in the Y-Axis. Dispenser height (Z-Axis) is manually set with a micrometer. Dispense volumes are independently programmed per channel via a handheld terminal. Laminated and un-laminated materials are held in place on the vacuum/magnetic nest. The system comes with a 3 year standard warranty.
