Hy-Yest™ 412

HyYest™ 412 is a multi-purpose yeast extract (primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae) that is suitable for use in a wide variety of fermentation media. It is soluble but not clear in solution. It is effective in many fermentation applications, amongst others for the production of rec. vaccines, hormones and in the feed for the production of antibiotics.
