Derived from the virus isolate sequence under GenBank ID: MN908947.3 (including 49 mutations of the B.1.1.7, 501.V2, B.1.1.28 and P.1 Manaus variants), the PEPperCHIP® SARS-CoV-2 Proteome Microarray gives researchers access to serologically screen 4,932 individual peptides spanning the entire viral proteome.

The PEPperCHIP® Monkeypox Virus Peptide Microarray includes 33 proteins of the Monkeypox Virus (strain Zaire-96-I-16) converted into 5,207 highly overlapping peptides. The microarray chip contains linear 13-mer peptides with a 11-mer overlap (shift 2) in duplicates for full epitope coverage. Moreover, the microarray contains HA and polio positive control peptides.

The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.
