6th ibiTea Meeting – How to Set Up a Successful Immunofluorescence Experiment

Are you interested in:

 Best practices for immunostaining assays?
 Recommendations on imaging chambers?
 Tips on image acquisition?

Join ibidi for an informative webinar at the 6th ibiTea meeting on 20 September 2022.

Learn about best practices for immunofluorescence staining and get tips and tricks for successful experiments.

Guest speaker, Shuntaro Yamada from the Centre for Translational Oral Research in University of Bergen, Norway will talk about immunofluorescence, a powerful method for visualizing structures and molecules of interest within cells and tissues, and the challenges researchers often experience in obtaining sharp and brilliant images.

Shuntaro will also share his practical tips and tricks for immunofluorescence staining. He will walk through a standard immunofluorescence protocol and discuss how to optimize each step to obtain successful images, including cell preparation, fixation, staining, and image acquisition.
